Your Personal exclusive Relationship Manager

  • One-in-all liaison personnel; your Care Manager will help you connect better with your doctor, hospital and other medical professionals or the comprehensive health care system
  • Every client will all have one, dedicated Care Manager
  • Care Managers will provide 24X7, on-call (phone) services to their respective client or members
  • Care Managers will pay visits as according to packages enrolled or when need arises (at an additional cost)
  • Care Managers will assist members to procure visitation services and appointments, help in payment and billing, get tests done and update Health Book profile and send reports to relatives staying abroad and coordinating with them
  • Care Managers will deliver pharmacy products at member’s home and help to organize your medicines for you. Our medicine grid with alerts and reminders will ensure compliance to your pharma discipline
  • Care Managers will assist in home set-up of devices, monitors and equipment, as well as their post–purchase and post-hire services
  • In case of hospitalization a Care Manager would assist, manage and co-ordinate during hospital stay (Free for Care package clients, but chargeable for other packages)
  • Care Managers will accompany clients to appointments if required (Chargeable for all packages)
  • Care Managers will provide companion service if required to enrolled elderly members (Chargeable for all packages)
  • Care Managers will co-ordinate all manners of tests and deliver test results
